I am the vice chairman of Home Owners Board. Recently the chairman resigned. We will have an extraordinary meeting this coming Friday and one of the board members without my knowledge informed the recording secretary that a lawyer should be present at that meeting. The recording secretary informed me, and I overruled that idea as vice chairman. Was I correct in doing so?
Dear Dick,
I would say that the board should decide if the attorney should be there by a vote of the board.
Cheerio,
Little Ben
